Braided Expandable Cable Sleeving Application:
Widely used in switch cabinet, railway, automobile, high-speed rail,aviation and other industries which have high rate demands to flame resistance for neatening and protecting the wire harnesses.
The wire insulation protection of household appliances, motor, cables, lighting, electro thermal products, electrical equipment and heat-resistant appliances, good insulation performance for high temperature and high pressure.
Product feactures:
1. Light weight & Flexible & Insulation & UV Resistant & Decoration & Flame-retardant & Durable abrasion resistance & Resistant to chemical degradation, in a wide range of industrial applications.
2. Braided of 0.25mm / 0.2mm Pet monofilament.
3. The open weave construction allows an easy installation on a bundle of hoses and cables, even if some with bulky or large connectors.
4. Totally expanded the sleeving can reach at least one point five times than the initial dimension.
5. Logo printing is available.
6. Customized,Special package is willing to accepted,can be product according to customers requirements.
Notes:
Huiyunhai nylon expandable sleeving is made of nylon 6.6 monofilament which offers excellent performance of abrasion resistance. It is lightweight , highly flexible and it can resists to many chemicals agents. Uniquely shaped monofilament provides smooth, soft, slick surface resisting snags when dragged over rough surface.
Properties: Excellent flexibility, can be loosely, easy to lead wires, excellent contractility, elasticity and abrasive resistance.
