The pulleys are designed to facilitate the stringing of the pilot rope by an helicopter. The central wheel guarantees the precise positioning of the rope, which is backed up by special guides. Additionally, the wheels of these pulleys are made of aluminium alloy and are mounted on ball bearings.
The lateral wheels have grooves lined with neoprene rings, whereas the central wheel's grooves are made of wear-proof interchangeable nylatron sectors. The frame is made of galvanized steel and the pulleys are supplied with a fixed connection. Grounding device or complete conductive sheaves can also be provided upon request.

Application: It is suitable to string FOUR or FIVE stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
