JISD0203 Auto Parts Sprayproof and Jet - Proof Test Machine for S1 / S2 / R1 /R2 Testing
1. Introduction
The IP waterproof test machine is designed according to the IP code no. IPX3/4/4K of IEC60529:1989+A1:1999 and ISO20653 standard. It’s also met the requirements of R1, R2, S1, and S2 of JIS D0203 standard.
2. Features:
1). It’s suitable to the IPX3, IPX4, IPX4K waterproof test, and JIS D0203 R1/R2/S1/S2 spray water test.
2). The shell of the equipment is made by high quality steel plate, and the inner chamber of the equipment and the turntable is made of SUS304# stainless steel.
3).Box-type structure with water tank, a transparent window in the door and LED light installed the cabbinet wich easy to observe the test.
4). The flow and pressure of IPX3/4 tube and JIS nozzle are manual controlled on the panel
5). Turntable driven: speed and angle can be set on the LCD screen
6). Adopt Taiwan Weilun 7 inch screen and Panasonic PLC
7). R1, R2, S1, S2 can work alone or at the same time, IPX3 and IPX4 can work independently
