1. Introduction
The jet nozzles also be called as hose nozzles, it is for verifying the protection against water jets with IP protection grade IPX5 and IPX6 according to IEC60529.
Jet hose nozzle with internal diameter of 6.3mm is for IPX5 jet-proof testing, the water flow rate is 12.5L/min, and test time is 1min/m2 and at lest 3 min. The test distance is 2.5m to 3m .
Jet hose nozzle with internal diameter of 12.5mm is for IPX6 strong jet-proof testing, the water flow rate is 100L/min, and test time is 1min/m2 and at lest 3 min. The test distance is 2.5m to 3m.
IP water ingress protection grade:
IPX0: no protection
IPX1: protected against vertically falling water drops.
IPX2: protected against vertically f all water drops when enclosure titled up to 150.
IPX3: protected against spraying water.
IPX4: protected against splashing water.
IPX5: protected against water jet.
IPX6: protected against powerful water jet.
IPX7: protected against the effects of temporary immersion in water.
IPX7: protected against the effects of continuous immersion in water.

1). Can you provide third-lab calibration certificate?
Answer: Yes, the equipment can send to the third-labs authorized by ISO17025 and get the calibration certificate, but the buyer should undertake the charges.
2). Can the hose nozzles work along?
Answer: the hose nozzles should work with water pump and flowmeters to meet the requirement of water flow rate. So, generally we will suggest IPX5-6 jetproof test equipment.
3). What is material of the nozzles?
Answer: the nozzles are made by SUS304 stainless steel, and equip with valve and presure gauge.
4). What package will be used for shipment?
Answer: the nozzles will be well packed with a aluminum-wrapped plastic box with foam inside, and then packed with a carton for shipment.
