Technical Operation
The PG-TSC utilizes a closed-loop air circulation system in both high and low temperature chambers. Each zone features independent heater, evaporator, fan, and duct configurations, maintaining temperature states separately and switching into the test space on demand. The TEMI880N controller compares temperature signals from sensing elements against programmed setpoints and drives solid-state relays to adjust heater output with PID precision. The test chamber employs forced axial flow with scattering-type loop wind design to improve temperature uniformity and reduce fluctuation during steady-state hold periods.
Chamber construction incorporates high-density glass wool thermal insulation and high-strength PU foam to minimize heat exchange. The stainless steel cabinet provides corrosion resistance from condensation during humidity-temperature combined cycle tests.
