1. Introduction of Switch Plug Socket-outlet Life Tester
The plug and socket life tester is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60884-1 clause 20/21, IEC60309-1 clause 20/21 and VDE0620, and it's also required by the standard IEC62196-1 clause 22/23. it is suitable for normal operating and breaking capacity test of ev plug or vehicle connectors and ev socket-outlet or vehicle inlet. Its aim at checking the plug and socket whether is able to withstand the mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage in normal use, and if there are adhesion phenomena or prolonged closed or disconnected phenomena occur, inspect whether there are excessive wear and other harmful consequences with it. Equipped with power load (resistive), it can do live test, normal operation and breaking endurance test.
The testing machine is driven by servo motors, and auxiliary with electromagnet to drive the slide rail assembly equipped with fixtures (X, Y, Z axis can be adjusted) to make a reciprocating linear motion to complete the plug socket connection and disconnection actions; Its action frequency and on-off time are adjusted and controlled by PLC and touch screen, which is simple to operate, convenient and reliable to control.
