1.1. How can we check the insulation resistance between enameled wires?
It can be inspected by the surge test. There are many ways to test the turn-to-turn insulation of windings, but the voltage impulse has been widely used in the world. It is featured with simple circuit and convenient operation. The voltage can be applied to the stator directly, which makes the test result more precisely.
1.2. Why choose the Stator Vacuum Testing Machine to test surge?
The coil defect of the product is easily to be found in negative pressure environment. The lower the pressure, the longer the arc will be caused under same voltage. The working environment of the compressor stator is very close to vacuum.
