Product Description

The RM-F104 Power Transformer Training Platform is designed for electrical engineering vocational schools and power company staff training. It supports transformer structure recognition, turns ratio, no-load, load and short-circuit testing. Adopting modular design with comprehensive safety protection and easy operation, it intuitively demonstrates transformer working principles and operating characteristics, covering single-phase/three-phase characteristics and parameter measurement training needs.

Project Design Advantages

The RM-F104 Power Transformer Training Platform is tailored for vocational electrical engineering education and power enterprise skill training. It enables transformer structure identification, turns ratio, no-load, load and short-circuit performance tests, vividly demonstrating transformer working principles and operational characteristics, and supports single/three-phase characteristic analysis and parameter measurement training.

1. Modular Cabinet
Detachable workbench and upper frame for easy assembly and handling; bottom support feet and casters enable height adjustment and flexible movement. Side columns are fitted with cable trays holding up to 48 cables.
2. Multifunctional Modular Combination
It consists of standard modules including three-phase power control, voltage regulation control, single/three-phase transformers, power and power factor meters, AC voltage/current meters, as well as adjustable capacitor, inductor and resistor modules. Modules can be freely added or removed as required.
3. Complete Training Items
Equipped with transformers, fuses, switches, indicating meters and load components. It covers comprehensive training contents such as single-phase transformer parallel operation, and Y-Y12, Y-Δ11 connection modes as well as voltage vector diagram analysis of three-phase transformers.
4. Reliable Safety Protection
Built-in leakage protection with independent equipment and power supply protection design, effectively preventing misoperation and ensuring personal and device safety.
