Hydraulic Transmission Technical Parameters and Specifications
This device integrates real hydraulic components (Rexroth), various actuator modules, a relay control unit, and PLC programming and control technology. The hydraulic components are self-contained modules, each equipped with a base plate with spring-loaded pins. During training, various hydraulic system circuits can be assembled on a universal aluminum plate. The motor and pump are integrated with bearings and then fixed to the oil tank. An air cooler provides constant cooling. The oil tank and control panel are housed separately. The device features three-phase leakage protection, and the DC power supply has overcurrent protection. The system is rated for 6.3 MPa.
Main technical parameters
Input Power: Three-phase, five-wire, 380V, ±10% tolerance, 50Hz. A leakage protector provides the control panel with main power. A grid voltage meter monitors the grid voltage, with three indicator lights and an illuminated fuse. The control panel's power supply is controlled by a start/stop switch and includes leakage protection.
Device Capacity: <2kVA
Variable displacement vane pump: pressure 7 MPa, discharge 8 mL/r, speed 1420 rpm.
The PLC uses a Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR main unit with 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs.
It is equipped with control modules: power supply module, relay control module, PLC control module, etc.
Motor: rated voltage 380 V, rated power 0.75 kW, insulation class B.
Hydraulic pump unit: maximum capacity 70 L. 2 mm steel plate, variable displacement vane pump and motor, oil temperature and level gauge, cleaning cover, air filter, shock-resistant stainless steel pressure gauge, and L-HL46 hydraulic oil. Laboratory Bench External Dimensions: 1500mm*1000mm*1700mm*
