The RM-F104 electrical transformer trainer is a teaching and training device specifically designed for vocational schools' electrical engineering majors and power company employee skills training . It can complete various training projects including transformer structure recognition, turns ratio testing, no-load testing, load testing, and short-circuit testing. This equipment adopts a modular design, has comprehensive safety protection, and is easy to operate, providing a clear demonstration of the transformer's working principles and operating characteristics. This training platform aims to meet the needs of power transformer operation training, covering single-phase and three-phase characteristics, parameter measurement, and other training methods.
Experimental Projects
1. Measuring the transformation ratio and parameters of single-phase transformer through no-load and short-circuit tests. 2. Drawing the t-type equivalent circuit diagram based on the parameters measured from no-load and short-circuit tests. 3.Measuring the operating characteristics of single-phase transformer through resistive/inductive/capacitive load tests. 4. Parallel operation of single-phase transformers (polarity identification, parallel connection of two transformers). 5. Identification of high/low voltage windings of three-phase transformer, measurement of primary/secondary polarity. 6. Measuring the transformation ratio and parameters of three-phase transformer through no-load and short-circuit tests. 7. Three-phase transformer Y-Y12 connection mode and its voltage vector diagram.
