Side-hanging bucket truck, also known as self-loading garbage truck, is a special sanitation vehicle used with garbage compression transfer station, mainly suitable for the collection and transportation of garbage in garbage cans in urban streets, residential communities, parks and stations.
The overall structure design of the vehicle is reasonable and compact, the use of pure electric drive, automatic garbage loading and unloading, high efficiency. The box adopts lightweight design, large transport capacity and good sealing performance. The tipping mechanism is controlled by hydraulic components, docking with the standard garbage can, and a series of actions such as lifting, lifting, tipping, dumping, flipping, falling and returning are automatically completed, replacing manual work to realize the mechanization and efficient collection of garbage.
The cab is made of high-quality ST16 plate, molded by automobile process, beautiful in appearance, smooth in line, stronger, durable, safe and reliable than the traditional FRP process.
Pure electric variable drive mode, stepless speed change, low failure rate, easy to operate. It is driven by high-power torque motor, integrated differential gearbox transmission, and the whole rear axle has the advantages of large load, low noise, maintenance-free, etc. It adopts motor vehicle suspension before and after, and the rear plate spring is the main payment soft connection.
The whole vehicle hydraulic system is controlled by the drive power unit in the store, the design is reasonable, the system is stable, the operation is simple, the pump valve linkage work, energy saving, the box capacity is large, the seal is good, and the garbage transportation project does not produce secondary pollution. The 120 liter and 240 liter standard garbage cans can be quickly dumped.
