Description:

1. Loading Dock Seal, it is also named sponge dock shelters, which is installed on the wall of dock door, forms a close space when vehicle pressed onto its surface. Usually it is installed with dock leveler, industrial door together for warehouse.
2. Sponge dock shelters have a different features from other dock seal, which is high strong durability anti-crush. It is widely used cold storage warehouse room.
3. Sponge dock shelters has good seal thermal insulation function,environmental protection, free weather effect,significant resistance for insect entering and high efficiency during the loading and unloading. It is widely used for cold warehouse room to thermal insulation.
4. Sponge Dock Shelter Inside is filled with highly compressed sponge, with density of 30KG/m3. Special pressure-relief design can reduce the friction with dock and trucks. This will prolong work life of surface fabric.
5. Surface fabric:Made from PVC fabric with self-extinguishing function. Weight: 800g/sqm.There are fabric shutter folds on top beam and two side columns. Thus it can endure long-time friction and squeezing.
6. A wide selection of durable coated fabrics provide maximum durability.
7. Full length yellow strips guide drivers to the dock.
