Explosion proof electric hoist according to GB3836-2000 the provisions of the disign, manufacrure and acceptance, explosion proof mark of the D II BT4, and D II CT4, apply to have the level of II A, II B, II C grade, the temperature sub-groups T1-T4 group of combustible gas, steam and air from the explosion gas mixtures in a zooe, zone 2 areas.
BCD model wire rope explosion proof electric hoist use of the environment: temperature--20 °C~40°C; altitude below 1000m; relative humidity 85%( --20 °C~5°C ). BCD model wire rope explosion proof electric hoist can be hung on the main 1-beam track to make a straight line or curve to run, or installed in a fixed bracket, as a lifting heavy use. BCD model wire rope explosion proof electric hoist can be fixed according to different application requirements, with LXB-type explosion proof single girder overhead traveling crane, or LB, LHB type explosion proof single- supporting the use of dual-beam bridge crane.
Application places:
1. Extensively used in factories, workshops, warehouses and many other occasions to hoist materials directly.
2. Installed on the straight or curve I-steel beam of Single-girder Cranes to lift goods.
3. It can also be used together with Electric Hoist Double-beam, gantry crane and slewing cranes to hoist different items and so on.
