The European-type electric hoist is a new-generation lifting solution. It is equipped with imported lifting motors and gear reducers. The integrated and compact design of the lifting motor, reducer, drum, and lifting limit switch significantly saves installation space for users. The modular design enhances the reliability of the mechanism while effectively reducing maintenance time and costs.
The hoist offers higher lifting speeds and multiple reeving options to meet different application requirements. The standard trolley traveling mechanism is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD), with a traveling speed of up to 20 m/min, ensuring smooth movement with minimal load sway and precise positioning. This makes it especially suitable for safely lifting precision and high-value equipment.
The ECO hoist features a modular design that makes the structure more compact and reduces overall weight compared to traditional lifting equipment. Its unique green housing provides a modern, clean appearance.
Operating at noise levels between 65-75 dB (depending on power rating), the ECO hoist produces significantly less noise than conventional models, minimising disturbance in the work environment.
With IP55 protection class for excellent dust and water resistance, insulation class F for electrical safety, and a duty cycle up to 40%, this hoist delivers stable performance in harsh environments.
The ECO hoist's advanced technology and high-quality materials provide strong load capacity and stability. Its plug-and-play design allows direct replacement of traditional CD/MD hoists without modification, significantly reducing retrofit costs.
