PGH Rexroth Gear Pumps are widely used in industrial machinery (such as plastic injection molding machines, hydraulic presses) and mobile equipment (including construction machinery like small excavators, and agricultural machinery such as tractors) due to their stable pressure output and compact structure.
First, check if the inlet oil filter is clogged and clean or replace it if necessary; second, inspect the sealing parts of the pump (like O-rings) for damage and replace faulty seals; finally, verify if the relief valve matching the pump is stuck and perform maintenance on the valve.
It is recommended to use hydraulic oil that meets ISO VG 46 or ISO VG 68 specifiions. The oil should have good anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties, and the oil temperature during operation should be controlled between -10°C and 80°C to avoid affecting pump performance.
To avoid clogging internal oil passages or accelerating wear, the hydraulic oil must meet a NAS 8级 (NAS Class 8) cleanliness level. Additionally, use oil with anti-foaming and anti-rust additives to extend the pump's service life.
