Maintain oil temperature at 25-60℃ with cleanliness level ≥8
Conduct comprehensive inspections every 6 months (seals, filters, components)
Check oil replenishment pump status after 3000 hours of operation
Always prime pump before starting to prevent dry friction

Pump/motor shaft concentricity <0.05mm
Maximum suction height: 500mm
Use original seals and wear-resistant components for replacements

IQC: Dimensional checks per DWG-100-01 (tolerance ±0.05mm)
IPQC: Leakage test at 1.5x rated pressure (15-min hold)
OQC: Noise level ≤75 dB(A) at 1500 rpm
Note: Critical defects include seal failure and pressure drop >10%
