The "30" in DBEME30 indicates a NG30 (Size 30) valve. This is a large flow valve capable of handling up to 700 L/min (depending on pressure drop). It is suitable for use as the main system relief valve in high-power hydraulic systems.
External Pilot Drain (Y)
The "Y" in the model code indicates external pilot drain. The pilot control oil drain (port Y) must be connected directly to tank with minimal backpressure. High backpressure at port Y will directly reduce the effective cracking pressure (P_effective = P_set - P_Y). This is critical for accurate pressure control.
Integrated Electronics (OBE)
The "E" in DBEME confirms on-board electronics (OBE). This means the valve contains its own amplifier. You supply 24V DC power and the 0–10 V signal directly to the valve's K31 connector, eliminating the need for an external VT-5000 series amplifier.
Pressure Rating (200 bar)
The "200" denotes the maximum electrically adjustable pressure rating of 200 bar. The valve's mechanical pressure limit is 350 bar, but the proportional control range is optimized for 0–200 bar. For higher proportional pressures (e.g., 315 bar), a different variant would be required.
