The V spool is an offset spool with a specific center position configuration (typically P→B, A→T). It has a small overlap (1–11% stroke offset), which provides a defined flow path in the center position and is suitable for appliions requiring specific fail-safe behavior or pre-defined center flow.
Control & Feedback (/A1)
The /A1 suffix indies a ±10 V DC voltage input for the command signal. The valve features integrated LVDT position feedback, enabling full closed-loop control via an external motion or servo controller.
Pilot Oil Configuration (/MXY)
This valve uses external pilot oil supply (X port) and external pilot oil return (Y port). You must provide clean, filtered pilot oil to the X port (25–315 bar) and ensure the Y port drains directly to the tank with minimal backpressure (max 10 bar). The /M indies NBR seals.
High Dynamic Performance
As part of the 4WRLE series, this valve is designed for high dynamic appliions (e.g., position, velocity, or pressure control loops). It offers fast step response and high frequency response due to its pilot-operated design with integrated electronics.
Critical Installation Notes
Drain Line: The external pilot drain (Y port) must be connected directly to the tank with a dedied line. Backpressure on Y must be kept low (< 10 bar).
Cleanliness: Maintain high oil cleanliness (recommended NAS 1638 Class 8 or ISO 4406 20/18/15) due to the sensitive pilot stage.
Pilot Supply: Provide clean, regulated pilot pressure to the X port.
