The DBETBEX-1X series are high-performance hydraulic relief valves designed for industrial hydraulic systems. These valves provide precise pressure control and reliable protection for hydraulic circuits across various appliions.
The K31A1M is a standard pilot-operated relief valve configuration, while the K31F1M includes an anti-shock feature that dampens pressure spikes and reduces pressure peaks in systems with rapid pressure changes. The F1M variant is recommended for appliions with frequent load changes or where pressure shocks could damage system components.
The standard seals (NBR) are compatible with mineral-based hydraulic oils. For water-based fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC), special seal materials (such as FKM or EPDM) may be required. Please consult the technical documentation or contact technical support for specific fluid compatibility recommendations.
Under normal operating conditions with clean hydraulic fluid, these valves typically require inspection every 12 months or 2000 operating hours. Maintenance includes checking for leaks, cleaning the valve, and verifying pressure settings. In harsh environments or with contaminated fluid, more frequent inspection is recommended.
Pressure adjustment is performed using the external adjustment screw. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease. Always adjust pressure with the system running and monitor with a pressure gauge. Make small adjustments and allow the system to stabilize between changes.
