The primary differences are displacement (28 mL/r vs 12 mL/r) and port configurations (G0PE1, G0PE2, G1PE2). The two 28 mL/r models deliver higher flow capacity than the 12 mL/r model. Port differences affect connection types and system integration options. Select based on your flow requirements and system layout.

Selection depends on your system's flow requirements. Calculate the required flow rate based on your appliion needs (actuator speed, cylinder size, etc.). The 12 mL/r model is suitable for low-flow appliions, while the 28 mL/r models are for medium-flow systems. Also consider motor power and piping requirements when selecting.

For 12 mL/r model at 250 bar, approximately 5-7 kW motor is typical. For 28 mL/r models, 10-15 kW is recommended. Actual power depends on operating pressure and flow rate. Calculate based on your specific parameters and add a safety margin.

Regular maintenance includes checking oil level and quality, inspecting for leaks, monitoring pump noise and temperature. Check and replace filters regularly. Inspect coupling alignment periodically. For first 100 hours of operation, check for any unusual signs and consider oil change after initial run-in period.

Standard models are designed for mineral-based hydraulic oils. For water-based fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC), special materials and seals may be required. Consult with technical support before using with non-standard media, as compatibility depends on specific fluid properties and operating conditions.
