Answer: Pump rotation direction (right-hand R or left-hand L) should match the drive motor rotation. When viewed from the drive end, clockwise motor rotation requires right-hand pump, counterclockwise requires left-hand pump. Incorrect selection may cause pump failure or damage. Confirm motor rotation direction during selection.
Answer: Before first start, fill the pump casing with clean hydraulic oil to the middle of oil level gauge, manually rotate the pump shaft several times to ensure oil filling. Run without load for 5-10 minutes, check for abnormal noise or leakage. If air is present, loosen vent screw or open fill port to release air. After first run, recommend changing hydraulic oil once to remove initial wear particles.
Answer: First check if handwheel adjustment mechanism is stuck, try rotating handwheel back and forth several times. If still not adjustable, possible causes include: internal mechanism blockage, control piston wear, spring failure, etc. Contact technical personnel for inspection. Keep adjustment mechanism clean and lubrie regularly.

Answer: Excessive leakage may be caused by: ① Shaft seal wear or damage (replace seal); ② Wear between port plate and cylinder block (grind or replace); ③ Excessive clearance between piston and cylinder bore (replace piston assembly).
