EO2 is electro-proportional control. The pump displacement (and thus flow) is adjusted proportionally by an electrical control signal (typically ±10 V or 4-20 mA) via a proportional solenoid—suitable for automated, precise flow control.
Q2: Can this pump be used in a closed hydraulic circuit?
No. The A4VSO series is designed exclusively for open circuit (open loop) systems. For closed circuits, use A4VG or A4VM series closed-circuit pumps.
Q3: What should be checked before first startup?
Fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil through the case drain port to bleed air. Ensure the case drain line discharges above the tank oil level, and verify motor rotation direction matches the pump's specified "L" (left-hand) rotation.
