Q1: What external electronics are needed to run the EO2 pump?
A1: A proportional amplifier (such as Rexroth VT-series) or a PLC analog output card is required to supply the command signal and monitor solenoid current. Verify whether your pump version includes onboard electronics or requires an external amplifier.
Q2: Can EO2 be used in hazardous (mine) areas?
A2: The pump itself is hydraulic; the solenoid and amplifier must be selected for the required Ex certifiion (e.g. Ex d, Ex e) if installed in a classified zone. Confirm with your project engineer and local code.
Q3: What is the difference between PPB13 and PPB25?
