Troubleshooting Guide
Insufficient or No Oil Output

Causes:

  • Excessive resistance in oil suction pipeline (clogged filter, low oil level, air leakage)
  • Internal pump leakage (damaged distribution plate, poor sealing)
  • Inclination angle too small
  • Motor reversal

Solutions:

  • Clean oil filter, maintain proper oil level, check pipeline seals
  • Replace worn components (plungers, distribution plates)
  • Adjust variable piston to increase inclination angle
  • Correct motor phase sequence
High Vibration and Noise

Causes:

  • Misalignment between pump and motor shafts
  • Damaged bearings or variable head bearings
  • Inadequate oil viscosity or flow restrictions

Solutions:

  • Realign shafts, replace damaged couplings
  • Replace worn bearings
  • Select appropriate oil viscosity, ensure proper piping
Maintenance Guidelines
  • Maintain oil temperature between 25-60°C
  • Ensure oil cleanliness level ≥ 8
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections every 6 months
  • Check oil replenishment pump status after 3000 hours of operation
  • Always prime pump before starting to prevent dry friction
Installation Requirements
  • Pump/motor shaft concentricity < 0.05mm
  • Maximum suction height: 500mm
  • Use original manufacturer seals and wear components
