Our thermal insulated high speed door is a professional temperature-control industrial door customized for low-temperature and constant-temperature scenarios. The door adopts double-layer thickened PVC composite thermal insulation structure, filled with high-density thermal insulation cotton inside. The fully enclosed surrounding sealing design greatly blocks cold and hot air exchange, effectively locks indoor constant temperature, reduces refrigeration and heating energy consumption, and solves the problem of temperature runaway in cold storage and constant temperature workshops.
The professional anti-frost door curtain material is adopted, which can effectively prevent condensation water and frosting on the door surface in low-temperature environment. It keeps the door body smooth and clean, avoids mildew and corrosion caused by water accumulation, and adapts to long-term low-temperature operation of cold storage and freezer rooms.
With adjustable opening and closing speed of 0.5-1.4m/s, the door completes rapid access opening and closing in a short time, minimizes the time of air circulation inside and outside the warehouse, greatly reduces temperature loss caused by frequent access, and improves the overall energy-saving efficiency of the cold chain warehouse.
Reinforced aluminum alloy guide rail and integrated door body structure enhance overall stability and wind resistance. The thickened insulated door curtain is tear-resistant, low-temperature resistant and not easy to harden and age. It can operate stably for a long time in harsh low-temperature environments with low failure rate.
Supports multiple intelligent control modes to meet high-frequency automatic access needs. Equipped with infrared anti-collision and automatic reset device, the door stops automatically when encountering obstacles to ensure personnel and equipment safety, which is in line with international industrial safety standards.
