Description
DZW series actuators are used in process engineering for ON/OFF operation of valve such as gate valve, isolating valve etc. The degree of protection is IP55(the max. degree is IP65). The output torque range is 50-10000Nm, the output speed range is 12-36rpm. The kind of actuator is designed by the factory itself and is used the most.
DZW series of outdoor electric valve actuators are electric valve actuators to control the opening and closing the valve. DZW Series multi-turn electric devices on the gate valve, globe valve, throttle valve, diaphragm valve. It can accurately control instructions by action, is all kinds of valves, dampers to achieve remote control, centralized control and automatic control of the essential drive. The series not only for power plants, can also be used in petrochemical, metallurgy, public utilities and so on.
1. The device dustproof, waterproof, light corrosion, the protection class IP55, IP65 (special orders);
2. Torque control body movements, reliable, convenient adjustment, high torque repeatability;
3. Stroke control mechanism regulating high accuracy and repeatability, open to and can be equipped with
all Off to 2-4 micro switch;
4. Using semi-automatic hand - electrical switch institutions, institutional simple, reliable, easy operation;
5. Using valve actuators with three-phase asynchronous motor, starting torque, moment of inertia is small;
6. With a mechanical valve position indicator.
