System Overview:
The QBJ-3800B turbine safety monitoring and protection system is a new generation of novel, accurate, safe, and reliable TSI protection system. It is suitable not only for monitoring and protecting various generator sets but also for monitoring and protecting various high-speed rotating machinery. This product combines original imported high-reliability modules with a touchscreen to provide real-time monitoring and protection for up to 24 signals from the turbine, including shaft vibration, bearing vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, eccentricity, hydraulic actuator, oil tank level, thermal expansion, synchronizer, starting valve, power limiter, key phase, zero speed, speed, and two-out-of-three overspeed protection. The channel content can be freely combined by the user. It can be equipped with various sensors manufactured by our factory for different monitoring channels, or imported sensors can be selected. It features the functions of imported TSI instruments and is widely welcomed by users. If the number of measuring points exceeds 24, an extended frame, model QBJ-3800B/F, can be selected, which can simultaneously detect up to 40 measuring points without changing its functionality.

● Alarm response times are as follows:
a. Overspeed protection: ≤30ms (response time)
b. Axial displacement, expansion difference: 1 second delay
c. Vibration: Delay can be set arbitrarily
d. Stroke: Instant alarm
