Product Introduction
The SZ series magnetoelectric speed sensor is mainly used to measure the vibration of bearing covers in various rotating machinery such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps. It is an electromagnetic sensor that outputs voltage by a moving coil cutting magnetic lines of force, thus requiring no power supply during operation and being easy to install.
I. Main Features
1. The output signal is proportional to the vibration velocity, suitable for high-frequency, mid-frequency, and low-frequency vibration measurement. 2. The SZ series sensors have low output impedance and a good signal-to-noise ratio. They have no special requirements for output plugs and cables, making them easy to use. 3. The sensor design eliminates frictional moving parts, resulting in high flexibility and the ability to measure minute vibrations (0.01mm). 4. The sensor has a certain resistance to lateral vibration (not exceeding 10g peak value). 5. It can be used to measure the vibration of bearing housings, machine housings, or structures (absolute vibration relative to inertial space). Direct external mounting makes use and maintenance extremely convenient. 6. The housing is made of stainless steel using laser welding technology, achieving an IP65 protection rating.

SZ-4V, SZ-4H: 28.5mV/mm/s, with an error of ±5%;
SZ-6G: 50mV/mm/s, SZ-6E: 40mV/mm/s, with an error of ±5%;
Test conditions: (Temperature 20℃ ±5℃, measured at 80Hz and speed 10mm / s)
