Product Introduction

The SZC-04 series intelligent tachometer is a digital display instrument with intelligent design. It features high accuracy, stable performance, strong anti-interference, high reliability, and simple operation. Users can configure parameters such as the number of teeth, transmission coefficient, and alarm values ​​on-site.

The SZC-04 series tachometers include five models: SZC-04, SZC-04B, SZC-04BG, SZC-04F, and SZC-04FG. They are suitable for measuring the speed of steam turbines, water pumps, and fans. Among them, SZC-04F and SZC-04FG can monitor reverse speed (requires connection to two sensor signals).

The instrument has been configured according to the order requirements at the factory and can be used directly. If it is necessary to modify the instrument parameters, it should be configured by a professional according to this manual.

Features

Main functions

1. Can measure and display rotational speed or frequency; (This function is not available on the SZC-04 tachometer).

2. Peak value (maximum value) measurement memory function; Zhonghe New Instrument Vibration Monitoring Instrument;

3. Two operating modes are selectable: frequency measurement and period measurement; (This function is not available in the SZC-04 tachometer).

4. The number of teeth and transmission coefficient can be set arbitrarily within the range of 1 to 200;

5. Provides alarm switch outputs, alarm values ​​are configurable, and alarm outputs are lockable (SZC-04/SZC-04B/SZC-04BG tachometers provide three alarm switch outputs, and SZC-04F/SZC-04FG tachometers provide four alarm switch outputs).

6. It has a 4-20mA analog output corresponding to the measurement range;

7. It can retain set parameters and other memory values ​​during power outages;

8.  Can detect forward or reverse rotation of the transmitter disk (reverse rotation detection is only available on SZC-04F/SZC-04FG);

9. The SZC-04F/SZC-04FG model instruments provide a 12VDC power supply for the sensors;
