Product Description:

Electrolytic Tin Plate is a type of steel sheet commonly used for making food and beverage cans, paint cans, chemical cans, and other packaging products. It is made by coating a thin layer of tin onto steel sheets, and is sometimes referred to as TFS (tin free steel) or TFS tinplate. The tinplate has excellent corrosion resistance, and has a wide range of thicknesses available from 0.15mm to 0.50mm. Packing can be done with Iron Guard and Fuming Wooden Pallet. The annealing processes available include Box Annealing (BA) and Continuous Annealing (CA) to accommodate different temper requirements such as T2, T3, T4,T5,DR7,DR8,DR9,DR10.

Applications:

QUANJIANG's Electrolytic Tin Plate (ETP) is a kind of tinplate and tin free steel (TFS). It provides superior corrosion resistance, solderability, weldability, and heat resistance. The width of the ETP ranges from 600 to 1050mm, and it has various surface available, including bright, stone, silver, and matte. The various temper grades, including TS230, TS245, TS260, TS275, TS290, TH415, TH435, TH520, TH550, TH580, and TH620, also offer different properties and performances. Moreover, the tin coating of the ETP is available in 2.0/2.0, 2.8/2.8, 5.6/5.6, and 8.4/8.4, to meet the needs of different applications. QUANJIANG also guarantees a short delivery time of 30days for the ETP.

Electrolytic Tin Plate

We provide custom-made Electrolytic Tin Plate (ETP) with brand name QUANJIANG. The delivery time is around 30 days. The available annealing treatments are Box Annealing (BA) and Continuous Annealing (CA). The available temper grades are T2, T3, T4, T5, DR7, DR8, DR9 and DR10. We use Prime Tinplate or Tin Free Steel (TFS) as material. The available tin coating are 2.0/2.0, 2.8/2.8, 5.6/5.6 and 8.4/8.4. The available thickness are from 0.15 to 0.50mm.
