The instrument employs advanced multi-pulse technology, digital signal processing, and error correction technology, ensuring reliable performance in industrial environments. When configured with ultrasonic heat metering functionality, it provides valuable heating efficiency reference data for the heating industry.
When ultrasonic beams propagate through liquid, flow causes slight changes in propagation time proportional to liquid flow velocity. At zero flow, sound wave transmission time between sensors remains equal. During medium flow, countercurrent sound wave propagation time exceeds downstream direction time.
