Use PP material for pickling tanks with steel structure reinforcement and exterior PP wrapping. This provides sufficient strength and corrosion resistance for strong acid and strong alkali chemical liquids. Features include corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, seepage prevention, heat insulation, insulation, non-toxic properties, smooth surface, and long service life.
Electroplating Tanks Features
Electroplating baths are the most common sink and pickling tank in electroplating equipment, constructed from PP material and steel structure. These tanks can accommodate solutions for galvanizing, copper plating, nickel plating, gold plating, and similar processes.
The cathode moving plating tank consists of tank body, conductive device, steam heating tube, and cathode moving device of steel groove lining soft PVC plastic. Tank structure selection depends on bath properties, temperature, and other factors.
