The Compact Concealed Battery Lock is designed for e-bikes, electric scooters and compact mobility vehicles that need battery compartment security without adding exposed lock structures to the outside of the vehicle. Based on DCS1737, this product direction focuses on space-saving installation and clean battery compartment integration.
For many OEM electric vehicle designs, the battery area is limited by frame shape, rear seat structure, wiring layout and removable battery direction. DCS1737 provides a compact battery lock option that can be hidden inside the battery compartment area, helping the vehicle keep a cleaner exterior while maintaining controlled battery access.
The lock supports vehicle-side electronic control through the controller, IoT module or battery-side system. This makes it suitable for compact e-bike and scooter projects where the battery lock must be small, concealed, waterproof and easy to integrate into the vehicle electrical platform.
DCS1737 secures the battery compartment through an electronically controlled lock mechanism. When the vehicle system sends an unlock command, the lock releases the battery compartment. When the battery needs to be protected, the system can secure the lock through the controller, IoT module or battery-side electronics.
