SP2403 belongs to Unidrive SP high‑performance universal AC drive series, manufactured by Control Techniques. Rated 3‑phase 380‑480V input, heavy‑duty 11kW / normal‑duty 15kW output, rated continuous current 25‑29A. It supports multiple control modes: V/F, open‑loop vector, closed‑loop vector and servo control, compatible with asynchronous and synchronous motors. Built‑in multi‑channel programmable I/O, Modbus RTU RS485 communication interface, supports optional expansion modules for encoder feedback and fieldbus connection. Equipped with Safe Torque‑Off STO safety function meeting SIL3/PLe standard, complete over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage and over‑heat protection functions. Compact panel‑mount structure, excellent anti‑vibration and anti‑interference capability. Widely used for elevator modernization, industrial machinery renovation, direct replacement for failed original SP2403 drive unit.
