The DHG-161 is an original hoistway communication PCB board designed for SIGMA (LG-OTIS) elevator systems, serving as the core data transmission node between the car assembly and the main control cabinet to realize real-time signal interaction across the elevator system.
It is responsible for collecting and transmitting key operation signals including car position, door lock status, running direction and safety circuit state, ensuring the main controller can accurately grasp the real-time operation state of the elevator in the hoistway.
Adopting differential signal transmission technology with strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, it maintains stable low-latency data transmission even in the complex electrical environment of elevator hoistways, effectively reducing false emergency stop faults caused by communication errors.
