Elevator Traction Machine Electromagnetic Brake 2100N DC 110V Manual Release Safety Braking Spare Part DZE-14E
The DZE-14E is a dedicated electromagnetic holding brake for elevator traction machines, with a rated release force of 2100N and rated voltage of DC110V under S5 duty cycle. As a core safety component, it locks the traction sheave during parking to prevent car slipping and ensure reliable elevator stopping safety.
It adopts the spring-applied, electromagnetically released working principle: energized to smoothly release the brake and de-energized to immediately apply braking force. With fast response and stable braking torque, it matches the traction machine to realize precise start-stop control without harsh impact, improving passenger riding comfort.
Equipped with an ergonomic manual release handle, it supports emergency manual brake release. In case of power failure or system fault, maintenance technicians can manually release the brake for rescue and leveling operations, complying with global elevator safety codes and facilitating on-site debugging.
