Gearless Motor Traction Machine
Gear-free tractor is an electric transmission device used in elevator system, which is mainly used to drive elevator operation. Compared with the traditional gear transmission mechanism, the non-gear tractor adopts the direct drive mode, eliminating the gear reducer and energy dissipation mechanism in the traditional gear transmission.
Features and details of gear-free tractor include:
1.High efficiency: the gear-free tractor uses permanent magnet synchronous motor or asynchronous motor as the driving source to provide higher transmission efficiency through direct transmission. Compared with the traditional gear transmission device, the gear-free tractor can reduce the power loss and improve the energy utilization efficiency.
2.Small size: the design of gear-free tractor is more compact and the overall size is smaller, which is suitable for elevator installation with limited space.
3.Stable and quiet: due to the characteristic of gear-free transmission, the operation of gear-free tractor is more stable and the noise is lower, providing a more comfortable experience of taking the ladder.
4.Low maintenance cost: the structure of the gear-free tractor is simpler, which reduces the maintenance and maintenance costs of gear transmission and improves the reliability and service life of the elevator.
