Core Product Specifications
Dimensional Parameters: Inner diameter 2250mm, thickness 12mm, specially designed for the main body of medium and large electronic industry gas cylinders, accurately adapting to the storage needs of electronic-grade media such as high-purity nitrogen, argon and hydrogen. High-precision CNC machining is adopted, with a diameter deviation of ≤±0.6mm, ensuring seamless connection with the gas cylinder body and reducing the risk of medium leakage.
Design Basis: Developed based on the working pressure of 0.8MPa-1.6MPa of electronic industry gas cylinders and high-purity storage requirements, the 12mm thickness ensures structural pressure-bearing stability while achieving a lightweight design, balancing gas cylinder storage efficiency and safety performance.
Quality Assurance
Full-Process Inspection: 100% full inspection is implemented for key performance indicators. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is used to detect internal hidden cracks, Penetrant Testing (PT) to detect surface defects, and 3D laser scanning to verify dimensional accuracy. Each product meets ASME standards and safety requirements for electronic industry gas cylinders.

Professional Packaging: Single-dish heads are packaged in export-grade fumigated wooden crates, and bulk orders use steel pallets with a load capacity of ≥1200kg. All packaging is equipped with shock-absorbing foam and waterproof film to prevent precision deviations and cleanliness damage caused by collision and moisture during transportation.
Customization Services: Supports ASME standard customization with inner diameter 80mm-12000mm and thickness 3mm-20mm, adapting to different models of electronic industry gas cylinders; provides free technical services such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) stress simulation for low-temperature working conditions and 2D/3D drawing design; 3-5 samples can be delivered within 25 working days for cleanliness and pressure-bearing performance testing.
