Material Selection: ASME-certified 304L stainless steel is selected, all from top suppliers with complete Material Test Certificates (MTC). This material contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which can not only form a stable oxide film to resist corrosion from low-temperature media but also maintain excellent toughness in ultra-low temperature environments, eliminating the risk of brittle fracture.

Core Process: ASME Standard Cold Pressing
Cold pressing is the core process of this dish head, fully complying with the requirements of ASME BPVC Sec.VIII Div. 1. Aiming at the characteristics of 304L material, the cold pressing process can avoid the damage of high temperature to the low-temperature mechanical properties of the material, completely retaining the ductility and welding stability of the dished head. In production, 12 sets of 1200-ton hydraulic presses are used for precise shaping, strictly following the 2:1 major-to-minor axis ratio, ensuring uniform stress distribution of the dished head during the transportation of low-temperature media and eliminating structural damage caused by local stress concentration.

Full-Process Inspection: 100% full inspection is implemented for key performance indicators. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is used to detect internal hidden cracks, Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) is used to detect surface defects, and 3D laser scanning is used to verify dimensional accuracy.
