2. Core Product Specifications
Dimension Specification: 1010×5 (inner diameter 1010mm, thickness 5mm), suitable for medium and large pressure vessels, and can match the structure of storage tanks and reaction equipment in petrochemical, marine engineering and other fields.
Material Characteristics: 2205 duplex steel, containing 22% chromium, 5% nickel and 3% molybdenum, which combines the toughness of austenitic steel and the strength of ferritic steel, with chloride corrosion resistance far exceeding that of ordinary stainless steel.
Executive Standard: Fully compliant with ASME BPVC Sec.VIII Div 1, ensuring the structural safety of the product under high-pressure (1.0MPa-2.5MPa) working conditions.
3. Manufacturing & Processing Advantages
The combined process of "cold press forming + low-temperature solution treatment" is adopted, which is the core processing scheme for this 2:1 ellipsoidal dished head. Cold press forming ensures the dimensional accuracy of the dished head, while low-temperature solution treatment optimises the metallographic structure of 2205 duplex steel, avoiding material performance degradation caused by high temperature. This ensures that the dish head still maintains good sealing and structural stability when bearing high pressure and corrosive media for a long time.

Inspection Process: 100% full inspection, including ultrasonic testing (UT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), mechanical property testing (tensile and impact tests) and duplex steel phase ratio testing, to fully check product defects.
Applicable Standards: In addition to ASME BPVC Sec.VIII Div 1, it also complies with GB/T 25198-2010 and ASTM A815 standards, adapting to equipment specifications in multiple industries at home and abroad.
