Constructed from S30408 stainless steel (equivalent to high-grade 304 stainless steel) with complete Material Test Certificate (MTC). This food-grade alloy contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, forming a protective oxide film for excellent corrosion resistance in acid/alkali environments and high cleanliness applications.
Cold forming technology preserves material properties (ductility, weldability) while avoiding heat-induced deformation. Manufactured using 1000-ton hydraulic presses to maintain precise 2:1 major-to-minor axis ratio, complying with GB/T 25198 and ASME standards for uniform stress distribution.
Export-grade packaging includes fumigated wooden crates for single units and steel pallets (≥1000kg capacity) for bulk orders, all with shockproof and waterproof protection.
2500mm diameter with 6mm thickness and cold-formed elliptical design ensures even stress distribution, reducing deformation risk and extending equipment lifespan.
S30408 material with surface polishing (Ra ≤ 0.8μm) meets strict food/pharmaceutical hygiene standards while resisting corrosion in complex conditions.
