Q1: Is the ASME certification genuine, and can you provide the U/U2 stamp?
A: Yes. Our heads are manufactured under an ASME-authorized quality program with U and U2 stamp capability. We provide the full ASME Data Report (Form U-1/U-2) and Partial Data Report upon delivery. If you need U Stamp or ASME Standard Production(no Additional Cost), Please let us know earlier then We will make quotation cluding U Stamp Fee, because of U Stamp Cost additional Fee for Third-Party On-site Witness. 

Q2: Do you provide material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 )?
A: Absolutely. EN 10204 Type 3.1 certificates are standard for all shipments. 

Q3: What is your typical lead time?
A: For standard sizes in stock grades (304/316L), lead time is typically 15–25 working days. Custom sizes, special alloys, or large diameters may require 30–45 working days. We will confirm a precise delivery schedule upon order placement.

Q4: Can you supply heads with PED / CE marking for the European market?
A: Yes. We supply PED 2014/68/EU-compliant heads with CE marking for all applicable categories. The head can be delivered with a PED certificate of conformity and notified body inspection where required.

Q5: How do you package heads for international shipping?
A: Each head is individually wrapped with protective film, secured in a fumigation-free wooden crate or steel frame, and braced to prevent movement during transit. We ship globally via FCL, LCL, or breakbulk, with full export documentation including packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin.

Q6: Can you manufacture non-standard or custom-shaped heads?
A: Yes. In addition to standard ASME & PED and DIN 28011 torispherical profiles, we can produce custom crown radii (CR), knuckle radii (KR), and straight flange lengths per your engineering drawings. Please send your drawing or specification for a feasibility review.
