GJ Formed Head Factory Provided Value-added Fabrication Services for Pressure Vessel Heads, Including Joggle Forming (Necking/Closing-in), Beveling (Edge Preparation), and Laser Hole Opening Processes, All Performed Strictly in Accordance with Customer Drawings and Technical Requirements. These Processes Ensure Precise Fit-up, High Welding Quality, and Improved Assembly Efficiency for Downstream Fabrication.
3. Package & Delivery:
(1) Before packing into cartons or wooden cases, Tank Dished Head is wrapped and secured with protective cling film to ensure stability and prevent surface scratches.
(2) Products are then packed in cartons, wooden cases, or steel crates. Steel crates are mainly used for domestic delivery with our long-term logistics partners and are typically returnable to our factory for reuse.
(3) Standard shipping containers include 20' GP, 40' GP, and 40' HQ containers, etc.
