This roller is widely installed on embossing and calendering lines that process natural leather, split leather, synthetic leather, PVC, PU coated fabrics and textile laminates. Typical end uses include footwear upper texturing, garment leather grain embossing, upholstery motif pressing, automotive interior trim finishing and luggage surface decoration. The laser engraved face also performs well on soft films and sheets where a precise, low depth pattern must be transferred without crushing the material. Because the pattern is produced from customer artwork, the same roller family can serve multiple design generations, and replacement rollers can be reordered with identical engraving data for consistent branding across production batches.

Every roller is wrapped in protective film and cushioning material before being secured in a reinforced wooden crate that is suitable for sea, air or land freight.
