Gravure pattern, mesh and depth are selected according to coating material, coating amount, base substrate and feed speed. The roller body is produced from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel after welding, stress relieving, tempering, quenching and precision grinding.
A hard chrome plated surface reaches HRC 62 with a mirror finish, offering excellent chemical resistance and allowing solvent-free roller cleaning. With surface roughness at Ra 0.01 and concentricity below 0.02 mm, this roller provides consistent coating transfer, uniform film thickness and long, reliable service in high-speed production environments.
