The laser engraved leather embossing steel roller is engineered to reproduce natural leather grain, crocodile skin and custom textures onto synthetic leather, PU, PVC and coated fabrics. Machined from a single piece of 45# seamless steel pipe, the roller is welded, stress relieved, tempered, quenched and precision ground before the pattern is engraved by a high-definition laser system. This complete processing chain produces a homogeneous embossed surface with stable depth and repeatable registration, so every meter of material receives identical, crisp texture definition.
Hard chrome plating is available as an optional surface treatment. After plating and polishing, the working surface reaches HRC 62 hardness and a mirror finish that improves material release, resists corrosion and simplifies roller cleaning. Imported polishing machines and raw materials keep surface roughness at Ra 0.01 while concentricity is controlled below 0.02 mm, guaranteeing smooth rotation and uniform pressure across the full face width.

Custom Pattern Design: Any leather grain, logo or texture can be developed from customer drawings, samples or CAD files.
