The custom textile embossing steel roller is designed for fine and repeatable pattern transfer onto woven fabrics, non-woven materials, paper and decorative film. Fabricated from a single piece of 45# seamless steel pipe, the roller undergoes welding, stress relieving, tempering, quenching and precision grinding, which stabilizes the material and removes internal stress before any pattern is engraved.
The engraved surface is polished to a mirror-grade Ra 0.01 roughness with concentricity controlled below 0.02 mm. This tight tolerance ensures smooth, vibration-free rotation and uniform contact pressure, allowing the roller to emboss delicate textiles without damaging the base material or distorting the pattern registration.
