The aluminum foil embossing steel roller is engineered for fine-grain embossing of aluminum foil, metallized film and flexible packaging materials. The roller is machined from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel and processed through welding, stress relieving, tempering, quenching and precision grinding to achieve a stable, distortion-free body.
Hard chrome plating lifts the working surface to HRC 62 with a mirror finish, which prevents foil sticking, resists abrasion and simplifies cleaning. Combined with Ra 0.01 surface roughness and concentricity below 0.02 mm, this roller delivers crisp, repeatable fine textures that enhance the appearance and functionality of flexible packaging products.
