This FDA-compliant embossing roller is engineered for food packaging film embossing, confectionery mold pressing, beverage carton texturing, pharmaceutical blister pack forming, dairy product wrapper embossing, and baked goods packaging where direct or indirect food contact is involved. The 316L stainless construction is also suitable for cosmetic cream packaging, medical device pouch sealing, and sterile barrier film processing where material purity and cleanroom compatibility are essential.
Each roller undergoes ultrasonic cleaning, DI water rinsing, and ISO Class 7 cleanroom drying before being vacuum-sealed in anti-static film with desiccant packs. The sealed unit is encased in custom-cut high-density foam and placed in a fumigated plywood export crate. Documentation includes FDA compliance certificate, material mill test report (EN 10204 3.1), surface roughness profilometer trace, and dimensional inspection report.
