First, the 42CrMoA seamless steel base is precision machined and hard chrome plated to HRC58-62 for maximum durability. Then, a high-purity copper layer is electroplated onto the chrome surface, providing an ideal medium for laser engraving fine patterns. The copper layer enables deeper, more detailed engraving compared to direct steel engraving, while the chrome underlayer ensures long-term wear resistance.
Each roller undergoes rigorous quality inspection including: dynamic balancing to G2.5 standard, surface hardness verification, chrome layer thickness measurement, runout tolerance check (≤0.02mm), and pattern accuracy validation.
